Before joining CarTrawler, Peter spent 14 years at Paddy Power (now Flutter plc) where he led the online business, driving significant growth and revenue generation.

Gavin Sweeney is CarTrawler's Chief Revenue Officer, leading CarTrawler' Trading and Data Science & Insights teams. Gavin is accountable for the delivery of CarTrawler's trading performance and for driving sustained growth in our partners' commercial performance. He is also accountable for development and execution against CarTrawler's revenue management advancement roadmap.
Gavin joined CarTrawler in October 2017 and has previously held roles as CarTrawler's Director of Trading and Head of Business Performance. Prior to CarTrawler, Gavin worked in the gambling industry for Paddy Power-Betfair and as an economist in Ireland's Department of Finance, where he also served as chief speech writer for the Department's Secretary General.
Gavin is a graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway and the Michael Smurfit Business School, holding master's degrees in both Economics and Finance.

Benedict Evans is a leading technology analyst and writer, who spent 25 years analysing mobile, media and technology, and worked in equity research, strategy, consulting and venture capital. Benedict is widely regarded for his clear, independent thinking on platforms, ecosystems, and long-term technological change.
Formerly a partner at Andreessen Horowitz, Benedict now works independently with global technology companies, investors, and senior leadership teams, helping them understand how technology reshapes industries over time.
His analysis is trusted by some of the world's most influential organisations for its ability to challenge assumptions and reframe how leaders think about change.
Willie Walsh is the Director-General for the International Air Transport Association (IATA). His career spans over 40 years in the aviation industry, having held Chief Executive roles at IAG, British Airways, Aer Lingus, and Futura.
Willie was President of the London Chamber of Commerce from 2010 to 2013 and has represented the airline industry as Chairman of the Board of Governors of IATA, Chairman of Airlines for Europe (A4E) and President of the Association of European Airlines (AEA). He now sits on the CarTrawler Board as Deputy Chair.
He completed a Master of Science degree in Management and Business Administration at Dublin's Trinity College in 1992.

Eddie Wilson joined Ryanair in 1997, a then fledgling airline with just 20 aircraft that was unheard of outside of Ireland and had yet to transform European short-haul aviation and the lives and travel habits of hundreds of millions of Europeans.
His initial role was Head of HR, but given the fluid management of the company, he quickly got involved in airport deals, ground handling, inflight retail and the design and the launch of Ryanair.com. He was subsequently promoted to Director of Inflight Operations, retaining his HR brief but taking on the day-to-day management of a workforce of thousands of Inflight personnel along with a substantial retail programme.
He was appointed Chief People Officer in 2015 and was appointed CEO in 2019.
Eddie likes to travel and in his spare time enjoys sea swimming, sailing and mountain biking.

Phil is responsible for leading Travel Products at Southwest Airlines, which includes Southwest Vacations, Southwest Hotels, and Southwest Cars. In this role, Phil is responsible for defining and driving a robust pipeline of product enhancements that address Customer needs as well as seeking opportunities to grow revenues for each of the products. Phil previously led Southwest's Corporate Strategy Team as Senior Director Corporate Strategy, where he was responsible for clarifying the Company strategy, driving change, and ensuring key decision making reinforced the Company's strategy.
Prior to joining Southwest Airlines, Phil was a Principal in Oliver Wyman's aviation practice, where he advised clients on strategic, commercial, and operational issues. Phil graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He then attended the University of Michigan, where he earned a master's degree and PhD in industrial and operations engineering. Phil is married to Megan, and together, they reside in the Dallas area. In their spare time, Phil and Megan enjoy hiking and traveling.

Aileen McCormack is the Chief Commercial Officer at CarTrawler and sits on the CarTrawler Leadership Team. Since joining CarTrawler in 2012, Aileen has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of CarTrawler, leading new partnerships within the travel industry over this time.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Aileen is responsible for the commercial success of the business in areas such as Commercial Strategy, Commercial Enablement, Business Development and Marketing. Prior to joining CarTrawler in 2012, Aileen was the Deputy Head of Ancillary Revenue at Ryanair, where she developed significant knowledge and expertise within the travel industry - specifically across ancillary revenue and revenue growth.
Aileen's contributions to CarTrawler are particularly notable in fostering new B2B partnerships, facilitating the company's expansion into new segments and establishing CarTrawler as the leading B2B technology provider of car rental and mobility solutions to the global travel industry.
Aileen is passionate about nurturing talent through development and coaching. She is a champion in driving high performing teams & delivering exceptional results.

Oltion Carkaxhija holds a specialized master's degree in International Business from Loyola College in Maryland, United States. He joined Air Canada in 2008 as an analyst within the finance division, where he successively held several positions over an eight year period.
In 2016, he was appointed Director of Network and Fleet Strategy within Air Canada's Network Planning department. In September 2018, he joined the Air France-KLM Group as Director of Corporate Planning, with specific responsibility for labor relations, before being entrusted with leading the Group's Transformation.
On January 1, 2024, he was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer responsible for Strategy and Transformation for the Air France-KLM Group, marking an evolution of the position of Deputy CEO for Transformation, which he had held since October 2020. Since October 1, 2025, Oltion Carkaxhija has held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Air France-KLM Group.

Yvette Burke, Vice President of Global Replacement and Leisure Sales for Enterprise Mobility, leads the organization's global replacement and leisure sales teams. This includes developing and executing Enterprise Mobility's global sales and operational strategies within the insurance, collision, leisure, tour and travel space. Burke is also responsible for identifying growth opportunities and new initiatives in the off-airport market globally as well as helping to oversee operation strategies for the travel industry.
Burke began her career with Enterprise in 1995 as a Management Trainee in San Diego, after returning from graduate school in Paris where she received a master's in French. Over the next 11 years, Burke was promoted to Regional Vice President of the Southern California regional subsidiary. In that role, she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of more than 57 operating branches and 357 employees.
In 2009, Burke raised her hand for an exciting opportunity as Director of Sales for the Hotel and Leisure division in Southern California. She spent the next three years leading the strategy and innovation in this space. In 2013, Burke moved back to her hometown of Houston, Texas, where, as Regional Sales Manager for Insurance Replacement, Burke oversaw relationships and strategies with collision, dealership, and insurance partners.
In 2015, Burke was promoted to Assistant Vice President at the company's global headquarters and earned a promotion to Vice President in 2019. Burke was promoted to her current position in 2023.
Bilingual in English and French, Burke brings significant global experience, proven performance and outstanding leadership to her role leading Enterprise Mobility's Global Replacement and Leisure Division team, as they work to help the organization achieve its vision of being the world's best and most trusted mobility company.

Bob (Kabli) is a self-proclaimed aviation industry veteran with 27 years in the game, 5 with BA & 22 with Emirates. Given his tenure at Emirates and the fact his father also worked for BA, he has the dubious honour of saying he was born with Staff Travel and will die with Staff Travel!
He has previously worked in areas including Revenue Management and Pricing, and at Emirates is currently responsible globally for eCommerce, Emirates Holidays, Retail,
Contact Centres and Staff Travel.
Outside of work, he has authored a children's book of Limericks and is not enjoying Arne Slot's second season in charge as much as his first.

David Cotter has been CarTrawler's Chief Financial Officer since January 2018 and also serves on the CarTrawler board as an Executive Director. He joined the company in January 2017 and was previously responsible for Car, Ground Transportation and Insurance Supply along with strategic projects for the company.
Prior to joining CarTrawler, David worked for Paddy Power Betfair where he was Director of Corporate Development with responsibility for executing the global expansion strategy of the business along with all M&A activity. David has also worked at LivingBridge, a UK private equity fund, investing in SMEs across technology, consumer and business services sectors and spent a number of years investing in the hospitality sector in Latin America. David originally qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG, Dublin.
David is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Andrew Murphy is CarTrawler's Chief Business Officer and is responsible for driving successful partnerships by optimising our Partner, Supplier, Mobility and Insurer relationships to maximise revenue growth. Andrew previously served as our Director of Supply and Insurance when he joined in April 2022. Before his time in CarTrawler, Andrew worked at Ryanair as the Director of Revenue Management across the airlines 450 aircraft and 150m+ annual seats. Prior to this, Andrew was Managing Director for Shannon Airport and Chief Commercial Officer for its parent, Shannon Group.
Andrew has also worked at Ulster Bank as a Director of Corporate Banking and in various Finance roles. He commenced his career in the Hotel Industry with Jurys Doyle ple and also owned his own hospitality business for a period.
Andrew is a qualified Accountant through the ACCA and is a Graduate of Shannon College of Hotel Management.

Ritchie Masterson is CarTrawler's Chief Product & Technology Officer, responsible for the strategic leadership of the company's Product and Technology functions. A long-standing member of the CarTrawler team, Ritchie has been instrumental in the company's evolution over the past 15 years driving innovation, scaling technology, and delivering transformative solutions that power some of the world's leading travel brands.
Ritchie joined CarTrawler in 2010 as a Senior Software Engineer and has since held a range of leadership roles across engineering, commercial integrations, and mobility. His deep understanding of both legacy systems and greenfield innovation has made him a key figure in building the proprietary Connect Platform, enhancing its performance, resilience, and partner value proposition.
With over 20 years of experience in the travel tech space, Ritchie brings a rare blend of technical depth and commercial insight. He is passionate about leading empowered, high-performing teams who thrive on clarity, creativity, and collaboration. Ritchie is a relentless problem solver, a champion of continuous improvement, and a firm believer in the power of inclusive leadership to drive meaningful, scalable impact.
